These mesh compartment inserts are not only suitable for sorting small parts, but also for transporting or storing larger products on pallets using dimensionally stable packing compartments.
We can produce compartments, also known as mesh dividers or separator inserts, from solid and corrugated cardboard. For use in the electrical industry, we produce special ESD compartments that protect electronic components from electrostatic discharge.
Compartments in cardboard boxes are generally used for shipping and storing items. The compartments can be used in standard cardboard boxes or in custom-fit outer boxes to quickly and easily sort, pack and transport items. Another area of application is their use in cupboards as drawer inserts (e.g. in pharmacy cupboards), in storage lifts and high-bay warehouses. The compartments are supplied loose as standard.
The compartments can be delivered pre-assembled by us. This means that they only need to be pulled apart before use, without the need to assemble the individual grid bars. As the compartments are assembled by machine, we can also deliver large quantities of pre-assembled compartments quickly and cost-effectively.
