Until now, die-cutting with an elaborately manufactured die was the only option when it came to processing cardboard sheets into the shapes of the final packaging. With such a tool, large quantities of packaging can be produced quickly, which is advantageous for large order volumes.
However, if you want to test a new product packaging or modify existing packaging, producing an entire run is not worthwhile. Yet many suppliers only produce packaging in minimum quantities. By using our digital cutter, we can also offer you the cost-effective production of sample pieces. This is because the production of a die is no longer necessary when using a digital cutter.
Thanks to the fully digital production of packaging, the development of a "perfect" packaging through the creation of several test samples is also economically feasible.

When designing packaging, it's no longer just the "first impression" that counts, but now also the second. This is made possible by printing on the inside of the packaging, which further enhances its visual appeal. An attractive inner print also creates a surprise effect for the customer.
This new, expanded option for designing product packaging offers manufacturers and retailers not only improved product presentation but also additional advertising space or room for product information. Including a separate instruction manual or leaflets can therefore be omitted if the inside of the packaging is used for this information.
Packaging printed on the inside also achieves a special advertising effect when it is fitted with a window that allows both the product and the inner print of the packaging to be seen.

The shape, size, and layout of the displays are adapted to your products, and an effective advertising design – tailored to your products – is created. We are also happy to implement a ready-made layout for you. Only water-based inks are used for printing the product dispensers. This means that they can be safely recycled after use.
